Realty giant M3M Gurgaon will develop Retail Space in Gurugram worth 2 lakh sq ft in Sushant Lok in sector 57. The commercial project referred here is M3M Atrium 57. It is brilliantly crafted retail project that has intelligently designed shops either facing Atrium or main road. These triple heighted shops with 30 feet height offer flexibility to the buyers to adjust the height as per their requirements. Such shops can be foundon the ground floor in Atrium 57.
As state by M3M Director, Mr. Pankaj Bansal, “More than 200 prominent brands have already been associated with M3M India. We have delivered ten key residential and commercial projects in the last 6 months and overall 39 projects in a decade’s time”. In order to achieve this target, M3M India has already repaid loan worth 418 crore in Q4 FY 2020-21 going ahead of its target of 400 crores. Also, the developer is confident of repaying the balance liabilities by March 2022. M3M India is also planning to reduce debt by Rs 500 crore by end of FY 2022 and to become a debt free company.
